      Construction Industry - As the DongFangCity project is in full swing, property development is also our top priority. We will strive for a smooth transition and upgrade and look for new interests of growth. More efforts needed in industrial introduction, population retention, and long-term operation capabilities, so as to make the “China City” prospects more optimistic.

      
       There are two industrial models in DongFangCity., one is the “Great Recreation Tourism Resort” on the golden coastline of Malacca, and the second is the “Smart Life Town” in the City. By adhering to the industry-first strategy and the integration of the industry and the city, we created a development model of “1+N”, meaning a heavy asset platform plus N light asset platforms, we are forming a large ecosystem. While DongFangCity holds the heavy assets, we can accomplish nesting for Phoenix and accompany the growth of innovative companies. From single thinking to compound thinking, the operating model also needs to be transformed into a composite model with the short-, medium- and long-term perspectives. Based on the macro background, the development of international industries has entered a “great cooperative age”, the boundaries between the firsts, second and third industries have been broken, and the boundaries between industry, service, and operation have been bridged. This requires companies and projects to stand out and lead the coordinated development of industries. While relying on our own advantages, DongFangCity is adapting to the trend of industrial collaborative development. We have taken full advantage of Malaysia's natural endowments, at the same time extensively grafted resources of our service industry to boost consumption, which in turn will promote the urbanization of DongFangCity. This is our way and will be promising.
